All of our pastries are made using ethically sourced flour from Canadian millers. There are no additives, stabilizers or dough conditioners in any of our products. All of our croissants are made over the process of 72 hours to ensure consistency and a deep flavour profile in every bite.
Butter Croissant -
Our butter croissants are prepared over the course of three days to ensure fresh quality. There are no additives, stabilizers or dough conditioners added into our croissant dough.
