A real Gem! This bakery definitely met all my expectations. I did visit based on a tiktok video but it was definitely worth it! Customer service was good, the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend going before 12pm as they sell out fast! Croissants looked amazing and tasted even better! My fav was the Dubai which had pistachio filling 10/10. Almond is definitely a great choice and the Tiramisu is great for a less sweet option.
Highly recommend Bakery!
Lined up for opening on a Saturday morning at around 8:45 and got to try everything I wanted. Out of everything the pistachio croissant was my favourite and the sourdough is the best I’ve had!
I bought a frozen garlic & cheese bread.

So delicious, well worth the wait. There is usually a lineup here and difficult to find parking at time. But, worth it for the taste and quality of the food. Can’t go wrong with anything here, hardest part or not buying everything.

We stopped at Bartholomew Bakery during a drive from Kitchener to east of Toronto! The detour is definitely recommended! There was line outside and parking was a little tricky because of how busy it was, but the croissants / pastries we got for ourselves and family were well worth it! Highly recommend stopping by for a twice baked almond (or pistachio) croissant, and the Nutella cheesecake pastry!
PS. They’re pretty busy and might start running out of some of their best goodies towards the end of their day, so plan accordingly!
Ruffalo’s it’s a big Ferrero!! It’s Only sessional. Espresso that coffee favours wow The cream cheese goes so well with the Nutella!! And 😋cookies, and cream ice cream you know what I mean !!😉 cookies and cream!! Absolutely delightful pastries. Every bite is heavenly. This place is worth all the hype. The pistachio croissant is every pistachio lover’s dream. Also the Dubai Chocolate croissant was quite delicious

This bakery is a must taste ! The service and staff are/is absolutely fantastic. Great eats here! Hidden gem is all I can say . The Cruffin was all kinds of magical. Get here and thank me later !
