Our sourdough is made with certified organic flour from Quebec’s renowned La Milanaise mill, and every loaf is the result of a meticulous three-day process. On day one, we prepare and bulk our levain; on day two, we mix, ferment, shape, and retard the dough for a full 16 hours; and on day three, we bake to perfection. We follow traditional sourdough methods, respecting each step to ensure optimal fermentation, complex flavor, and a crust worthy of a true artisan loaf.
Our four signature breads — Country White, Multigrain, Olive & Herbs, and Oat & Honey — are always on the menu, with limited-edition specials on weekends. Baked fresh daily and often selling out, our sourdough has earned a loyal following, with many saying it’s the best in Vaughan — and some insisting it’s the best in Toronto.

Yes, during our bakery hours of Tuesday through Friday you can call on the same day to reserve your order. Call us Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesdays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. through to 3:00 p.m.
Please note, we will NOT set any orders aside on Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
